            "html": "<h3>Annual pitches</h3><p>Payment schedule: a first instalment of €600 before 15 February 2026, a second before 15 April, a third before 15 June, and the balance before 20 August 2026.</p><p>The tourist tax is added to the pitch fee. As decided by the Baie de Somme joint authority, the flat-rate tourist tax is set at <strong>€63.30 per pitch</strong> for 2026. It applies to the owner and their beneficiaries.</p><h3>Rentals</h3><p>50 % deposit on booking, €100 security deposit on arrival for cleaning; electricity and household waste tax included.</p><h3>Consumer mediation</h3><p>Under article L152-1 of the French consumer code, you may use the mediation service free of charge: Médiation — Vivons mieux ensemble, 2 impasse de Beauregard, 54000 Nancy, France.</p>"
